Return & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Magoed experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple and fair.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Shipping
We offer prepaid return labels for your convenience. A flat fee of 69 SEK will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.
How to Return

Email us at info@magoed.com with your order number.

We’ll send you a prepaid return label via email.

Pack your item securely in its original packaging and drop it off using the designated carrier.
Important Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
– Unworn, unwashed, and unused
– In their original packaging, with tags intact
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear that show signs of wear.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s complete. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order. We’ll refund your original item as soon as it reaches us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@magoed.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right and cover all return shipping costs in such cases.
