Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Sweden and aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and handed over to the carrier.

Sweden Shipping
– Standard shipping: 1–3 business days
– Shipping fee: 49 SEK
– Free shipping on orders over 1000 SEK

EU Shipping
– Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
– Flat-rate fee: €9
– Free shipping on orders over €150

Rest of Europe (non-EU)
We currently only ship within the EU. If you’re based elsewhere in Europe, please contact us at info@magoed.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to activate.

Delivery Partners
We ship with reliable courier services such as PostNord, DHL, and UPS, depending on your location.

Delays
We’re not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as customs, courier disruptions, or weather conditions — but we’ll always do our best to help you resolve any issues.

Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge a re-shipping fee.
